Excellent location highly recommended!

The perfect hotel for a family city break to London 👍🏼

Very disappointed with this hotel. The room was dirty on arrival and clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The shower was poor with weak water pressure, and the swimming pool was absolutely freezing cold, making it unpleasant to use. Considering the high price, the overall experience was nowhere near worth the money. The hotel feels tired, poorly maintained, and significantly overpriced for what you actually get.

Perfect for a London trip. The Tate Modern and the London Eye are a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is located in a quiet area for the city center. Great breakfasts and a lovely pool. The service is excellent. :-) I recommend it.

Very well located and excellent facilities.

Got 2 connecting rooms that had a 3rd door with small corridor, worked out great with our family. Location was central to many places we wanted to visit with short duration Ubers. It was hot couple of days we were there so we opted for taxis and Ubers. Hotel AC and amenities were good. Staff was very courteous, always smiling and ready to help. Service was responsive. We got the breakfast option which had quite many options from quick auto pan cake machines and made to order omelets, honey combs, fresh yoghurt, and lot more. We used pool; it was bit small (14 people max) and we had to book it to use but kids enjoyed it after long day of walking. Overall great combo of location, services, breakfast and professional staff.

Requested a checkout at 2 pm, they took a note and this is one of privileges in Accor system as a Diamond member. At 1 pm I found a family opening the door of my room while I am in and telling me this is our room. My room and adjacent room has an external door it was closed out while I am in. When I reported the incident to the reception I got the usual common answer it was something wrong in the system

A 2-night stay with friends; the hotel is very well located, close to transport, the staff are pleasant, the bedding is comfortable, and the swimming pool is a real bonus after a long day of walking!

A very good stay, very good location, the staff are welcoming, the breakfast buffet is excellent, the water and biscuits in the room every day are a great plus, and the pool is great.

Great stay, very quiet room on the 11th floor and all the staff were great, in particular Rami who arranged a late checkout due to our flight departure getting out back.
