I don't usually leave reviews, but this time is different. As a loyal customer of The Hoxton brand, I consider myself a bit of an expert. A few days ago, I was in London traveling solo, and this was hands down the best experience I've ever had. The front desk team was absolutely wonderful—welcoming, polite, and quick to help with any request. I even got an upgrade without even asking! They truly spoiled me, offered great recommendations for everything, and checked in on me every day to see how I was doing, if everything was okay, and if they could do anything else for me. William was wonderful to say the least, but I made sure to remember the names of everyone I met to thank them also here: Juan, Andrea, and Asher—thank you so much, truly. I also want to send a shoutout and a big thank you to Kata from the bar, who kept me company during my solo breakfasts and treated me like an old friend. You are all incredibly talented and beautiful people. I hope to see you again soon!

I really enjoyed my stay in Southwark! The rooms are super nice, and the staff went above and beyond. Juan and Asher specifically were amazing, and went out of their way at the check in to ensure that we had a great stay. I look forward to coming back.

Wonderfully decorated and quiet rooms located on a busy street. Walking into the hotel, you feel like you are stepping foot into a cosy somewhat retro world where you are welcomed like royalty. Across from a bus stop and just a quick walk away from an underground, perfectly located to visit central London but not stay in it.

Snug type was amazing 😊, with nice decor, a beautiful view, and cosy lighting. But there was a hum all night long. We stopped the air con. and refrigerator, but it’s the general system noise we realised there is a cabin in the corridor that is the source of the sound.
