BFI Flare: London LGBTQ+ Film Festival 2027
About This Event
BFI Flare, the UK's LGBTQ+ film festival, happens every March at the BFI Southbank. They screen about 60 feature films and shorts, mostly stuff you wouldn't see in regular cinemas.
It's a big deal in Europe, thanks to the BFI's clout and the festival's focus on queer stories. The South Bank cinemas are some of the best anywhere. Talks, Q&As, and parties spill out from there across the Southbank and into the city.
Good luck getting tickets for the popular stuff; it sells out weeks ahead.
