Sure Hotel by Best Western

I have stayed here and I absolutely love it. I had a magnificent, spacious room with a fabulous bathroom (bath and shower). It had a fridge and a microwave, which is such a bonus. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is superb. The location is fantastic. Close to everything. A bus stop right outside the hotel if you don't want to use your car. A very large car park and free WiFi. I was sorry to go home.

If I could put zero stars i would. Avoid with all cost Came there with 2 of my friends We walked to my room and the manager came straight to the room and accused us of having cannabis. As soon as she saw the black man my friend she started saying he is being watched and she will be telling her staff to keep a close eye on him. Absolutely disgusting. We dont do drugs at all. And its disgusting for them to treat him this way. We packed our things and asked for refund and left. Never again. I am submitting a complaint. All staff need training on how to treat people and how NOT TO BE RACIST

The rooms are simple; you can tell it's an older building. It's about a 10-minute walk from the city center and 20 minutes from the train station, but bus number 21 stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to both the center and the station. Both the reception and breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful. We had the buffet breakfast for £7 each; there's also a hot breakfast option which is a bit more expensive.

Perfectly fine for the location and type of hotel. I had a room with a kitchenette, which was very handy for keeping things in the fridge and heating them up in the microwave.

Room was clean. Very bland . Light doesn't work in the bathroom. It's ok for a one night stop away. Parking is easy. Overall appearance old building. Could be tidy especially the car park and grounds. Very messy and appearance is not great. Doesn't take much to make it more inviting. Not worth the price that was paid. Worth £40 to £55 a room.

Amazing budget friendly hotel - if I could add an extra star for Katie’s customer service I would add 100!

Didn't even get to see the room as receptionist clearly had an issue with how my partner was dressed, no one taught this lady not to judge a book by the cover. Had to pay again and book somewhere else where my partner was treated as a person. Had a friendlier reception when we stayed at hilton and that is a lot classier than a 2 star dump

I have stayed here many times (more than 10 times) and it always feels like home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and all the staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. The location is also very convenient. I always enjoy my stay and would highly recommend it.
