Visitors consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially for events at the arena. However, common complaints include very small rooms and bathrooms, a lack of amenities like tea/coffee facilities, and issues with noise and parking costs. Some guests also noted a musty smell and problems with cleanliness or maintenance.

Great for a short overnight stay. Adjacent to the Utilita Stadium, just a short walk to it. Small rooms but very clean and modern. Only offer a continental breakfast option. No bar but sell tea, coffee snacks and alcoholic beverages.
I got a room with: ✅ a bed ❌ no separate bathroom ✅ shower with a glass door into the room ✅ a sink in the room ✅ a separate toilet room This is BASIC accommodation for emergencies, not romantic getaways. The staff were friendly. Didn't bother with the breakfast.
Rooms are very basic but served the purpose it is well situated for the Arena and the institute of aport
They charge you £8 to park there. There are spots minutes away where you can park for free. They also dont include coffee in the breakfast - this is charged separately. I'd pay 20 quid more and go somewhere that doesn't feel like a ryanair flight.
