Frazer was an absolute angel making us cocktails all night and having a lovely chat. Bar atmosphere as a whole was definitely a stand out of the stay.

Four star hotel in centre of Sheffield. My room was very large and had a fridge. Happy hour is between 5:30 & 6:30 each day and all drinks are half price (excluding doubles) This means the drinks are very reasonable. I enjoyed my food and the staff were very helpful. Their left luggage service was very useful.

Excellent friendly service by staff - Alina and Emily have taken great care of us. The Executive room is clean and spacious with tea and coffee facilities including a pod coffee machine. Bathroom is large with a walk-in shower although there is a step up and then a small step down. Plenty of desk space/bench space for suitcases. However the room is a bit stuffy at night - the air vent has a very weak flow. The single window tilts open a little at the top and there is a portable fan in the room, which helps. Very easy walk to shops, restaurants, the Winter Garden, etc. The hotel has good parking onsite for £18 per night which is very convenient. (Tell the staff at check-in if you are planning to take the car out during the day several times to avoid being charged each time.) There is a luggage trolley available for moving suitcases more easily. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is moderately priced and there is a variety of food. There is a happy hour for half-price drinks from 5:30-6:30pm. We found the breakfast buffet a bit disappointing but the chef will make a very nice omelette if you ask.
