The room wasn‘t properly cleaned, as there was cleaning agent residue on the floor and the shower had a couple hairs remaining. The main-door-doorknob has to be replaced or the mechanism oiled. The towelholder nside the bathroom has a strong bend in the middle and will not holt a wet towel without breaking. Besides those rather easy fixable issues the apartment was great. Good size of the apartment, people can be in different rooms without getting in each others way, the AC was working great and every room was fitted with fans. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were comfortable as well. The location was perfect since it was near the beach and the more busy part of town for people who want to go out without having all the noise. Check in and out was easily arranged and done.

I had a wonderful stay here! The property is surrounded by beautiful greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Even though it feels like a quiet retreat, it is conveniently located close to the city, making it easy to explore the area! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location near the lagoon, shops and restaurant. Clean & big rooms. Sweet and nice receptionist. And it's pretty cheap too. 10/10. They are clear about their reception times so, please read the full description on how to check in before complaining about it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Cairns ! The room is spacious ,they have a nice pool too.and location is very convenient.walkable to city, still peaceful and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.
