The room smelled of mold. The breakfast was extremely poor. It needs at least one different protein; the sausage for breakfast is awful. They don't sell water or soda.

We arrived at 11 PM during Carnival and there was no water because they had turned off the water tank. We knocked on the administration door, they said they would turn it back on. They didn't, and then they stopped answering our calls. I've never seen such disrespect.

I don't even know where to begin pointing out the negatives of this inn, but here goes. First: it was a trip with a group of 46 people, which had been planned since March 2025, including the room list duly organized 10 months in advance. But as soon as we arrived, we had to wait 30 minutes at the entrance of the inn because the owner completely changed the room list (there were 18 reserved for us). He started listing names as he pleased and directing people according to the list he himself wanted to make. The owner didn't have the profile of an administrator; he was rude and ill-mannered, as were some of the employees. Second: the rooms and bathrooms were completely filthy. Some people preferred to sleep without blankets because the blankets provided were disgusting. We stayed there from Friday to Monday, and at NO point was the room or bathroom cleaned. They lie, saying that cleaning is every other day, but here I am, having stayed there for 4 days, and not a single sign of cleaning. Furthermore, all the employees had access to the rooms under the pretext of cleaning, a cleaning that never happened, and in the end, they tried to SCAM us by saying that a towel had disappeared from all the rooms (18 in total) and demanding payment of R$80 per towel. A brazen scam; the woman even recorded a "before and after" video showing the supposed number of towels, they premeditated fabricated evidence, raised nonsensical arguments, until we informed her that we would open the suitcases and if she didn't find the towels, we would file a police report for slander and defamation, but she backed down and said to let it go. Third: the air conditioning didn't work properly. Fourth: poorly washed plates and cutlery; the knives that were in place of clean cutlery had food residue stuck to them. Fifth: the advertisement stated the inn had a swimming pool, but it was covered and draped with a blanket during the entire stay; nobody could use it. My advice to people who, even after so many terrible reviews, are going to choose to stay at this inn, is: pay attention to everything, want everything in writing or documented, and take photos of what's in the room where you'll be staying so you won't be embarrassed by premeditated accusations.

The entire place smells of mold, both in the rooms and in the access areas; it seems to have mold all over the ceiling. The room door code is spoken aloud and follows a pattern that wouldn't prevent anyone with malicious intent from breaking into other rooms. The mini-fridge is extremely noisy. The shower door wouldn't close. Very close to the convention center, Classic Hall, and shopping mall.
