Unfortunately, the staff are very rude and impatient, especially the kitchen staff and waiters at the restaurant; there are only a few exceptions.

I didn't stay at the hotel, only at the entrance to Laho del Inca, which is very beautiful.

A terrible experience arriving at this place. We came to see Laguna del Inca, and when we wanted to go into the restaurant, the person at the entrance discriminated against us. He told us we had to wait even though there were many free tables, so mostly foreigners kept going in. I finally got fed up and told him I was just going to the bathroom. I paid for the entrance fee, and he gave me the change but kept some of it for himself. I had to point out that the change was wrong, and then he reluctantly gave it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
