Beautiful hotel with spotless rooms and great views. The staff is very attentive and the breakfast bread is spectacular.

A very bad experience. We stayed two nights and couldn't shower because there was no water in the shower. The "hotel" (it seems more like a hostel) was full, so changing rooms wasn't an option, although we know we weren't the only ones with problems with the shower water. The towels were yellowed, there was accumulated dust, and a few spiders. The beds were standard size and far too soft; two people would sink into them. The room was at street level, with a rather annoying bar right next door and a constant buzzing noise coming from under a staircase inside the room. The neighborhood isn't the safest either. The photos online are very misleading. The only thing that wasn't misleading was the breakfast, which was delicious and plentiful. We asked for a formal complaint form, and they showed us the guestbook... If you're looking for quality, there are definitely better options than this in Valparaíso or Viña del Mar.

The staff are nice and the location is not bad, but the place is terrible. My room was down the street, out of the hotel. The access was through an iron barred door, it all felt unsafe and isolated. Sleeping at night was impossible because of the night club next door, where they played music, shouted and were terribly noisy till the wee hours. When I asked for a room change they said the only possible solution was that one of my trip companions shared their room with me. We were a group of 4 friends, the others had to get showered in my room because there was no water in theirs. The staff explained that they were having issues with the water pump, then many other guests told us they were in the same situation... no chance of getting showered. Also, their concept of room cleanliness is particular and the towels are old.

A wonderful experience with the family. Two excellent rooms, especially the service from Paula and Joaquín—they were incredibly dedicated. Congratulations! The breakfast staff were outstanding, and the 360-degree view from the terrace was unmissable! A place we'll definitely return to!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ I was put in a room, and it wasn't a dream room at all. ZERO soundproofing, 100% noise, IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. With or without walls, the result is the same: endless noise, a night of complete insomnia. Paying for a night is the same as sleeping outside. So think before you book, don't come here. There's a wide selection of hotels in Valparaiso. Even earplugs won't tell you how loud the noise is and that the walls are completely uninsulated. You have plenty of hotel options in this city, choose wisely, and my advice is: don't come here.

Highly recommend. Clean room, nice front desk and tasty breakfast.
