The rooms are beautiful and the hospitality of the staff is top-notch.

A good suggestion is to improve the rooms, as they aren't very comfortable. We were given a room for two people, and the sofa bed wasn't in good condition; it wasn't comfortable for one person to sleep on, especially an elderly person. My mother woke up feeling very unwell. I recommend adding cable or more movies to the TVs; they only have national channels. On the other hand, the service was excellent; I really liked it, especially the young people in the cafeteria and at reception. I loved their friendliness and the hotel's overall feel.

i did not stay here, but i’m very thankful because they helped me with a non refundable booking when our family was going through a hard time. thank you for your excellent customer service. i hope to stay here in the future.

I reserved 2 rooms at this hotel, I would stay again at this hotel for sure, the rooms are clean, breakfast is amazing, the staff is nice and helpful always with a good attitude. You can go to many places walking.

A clean and pleasant place, the hotel staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel is located in a very central and quiet area. They have 24/7 reception service. Highly, highly recommended!!! ✨✨

I stayed a Beminimal for 5 nights at the end of January. Overall, I do not recommend staying here due to the very firm/uncomfortable bed to sleep and the uncomfortable sofa. This is ideal for short (1-2 nights) stay, you don't mind not having good sleep, and you plan to be out all day.. Things happen when traveling (sick, weather changes, exhausted, etc) so I try to choose place that I can stay inside if I am not feeling well. I ended up getting sick the last 2 nights so staying in was a priority and I wish the place was more comfortable. Below are my list of pros and cons. Staff: Marcela was so welcoming, had a warm smile, and very helpful! The rest of staff didn't smile much and did not feel approachable. When asked about recommendations near by, they didn't make effort in providing suggestions or directions. Marcela was really the only helpful one. Pros: - safe during the day - near by many restaurants and shopping centers (walkable <20 min) - accessible cafe during the day with good coffee and eating options - Aesthetically pleasing with a calm feeling and clean - Available: A/C, apps to watch TV, safe for personal belongs, hangers, trash bins, cameras onsite for safety Cons Bath: shower has nothing to store items (I saw this in a previous post), door handle hard to open (no grip), shampoo/condition not good quality, and no extra wash cloth provided (good thing I brought mine) Bedroom: VERY uncomfortable/firm bed, no extra blanket (only linens), AC light so bright at night (above the bed), lights in bedroom area are also very bright above the head/bed Living space: Plastic feel sofa (not comfortable), only a tiny throw (I'm 5'2 and it was still too small), and no clock available

The room, service, and location were all very good. Points of criticism: • The first floor is very noisy and poorly soundproofed. You can hear absolutely everything, making the room very restless and making it difficult to sleep soundly. • Breakfast: Breakfast was included in our stay. Unfortunately, the selection was very limited, leaving us hungry afterward. Everything else had to be ordered and paid for separately from the menu. While the food was good, the portion size was disappointing for the price. The hotel's breakfast service adheres strictly to the principle of "less is more." Otherwise, it's a good hotel. A positive aspect is that you don't need a key card; they use a code system.
