Holiday Inn Winnipeg Airport - Polo Park

Stayed one night. The rooms were comfortable, clean and plenty of space. The front desk was polite, accommodating and courteous. There was a decent fitness area with weights and treadmills Area was clean and quite large. The breakfast was exceptional! I would stay again.

Staff is always friendly and willing to assist however they can. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Not a bad spot in Winnipeg to stay. Close to everything. Nice staff and clean rooms. Just wish there was a hotel restaurant and bar. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants convenience over amenities.

AC was not working Halleway very Dirty

This is a 3 star hotel on the web so its rated as such. I stayed at this hotel 25+ days on two different business trips and I'll stay here again should I find myself in Winnipeg again. The rooms I stayed in were clean and in good working order. Small stuff like ugly ceiling patch on bathroom ceiling, loose toilet to name a couple weren't a big deal for me but should be looked after. The breakfast and it's attendants are 10 out of 10, good fresh food and friendly staff. Best hotel coffee I might add. Front desk staff are super helpful but a little more "Good morning/afternoon " would be nice. The housekeeping staff that looked after me and my room were very professional and friendly. Tons of parking also. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed here on May 21-24th. First and foremost the staff were very friendly. Housekeeping was very attentive. Rooms were very clean and front desk very friendly. However, there was a major issue with noise as there was a girls hockey team staying on the 4th floor and all night these young girls were constantly running down the halls, screaming, knocking on doors and running away. Three nights of this. I was in 426 and they were occupying all the rooms up the hall. This went well into the night, to almost midnight. Security had to come numerous times. This was quite disruptive, my family and I were in town for a funeral and coming from different time zones so needed our rest. I do hope that upon checkout, the families of those girls were fined for causing such a disruption multiple nights in a row.

During our 3-day stay, a cockroach was spotted on the first floor near the kitchen, prompting a cleaning lady to remark, "only one cockroach, too much garbage." Nevertheless, upon her departure, we found another cockroach in the bedroom. As frequent visitors who host church services and welcome guests from across Canada, we value your services and hard work, but this problem needs to be addressed.

Very friendly staff. Fairly priced hotel. Rooms and function rooms are clean.
