Rainbow Resource Centre

Rainbow Resource Centre is Winnipeg's — and one of Canada's — longest continuously running 2SLGBTQIA+ community organisations, with roots reaching back to the 1970s and formal operation since 1999. Based at 514 St Mary Avenue downtown, it serves the whole of Manitoba as a hub for support and connection. The Centre offers counselling, peer support, education and training for schools and workplaces, and dedicated programming for queer and trans youth, older adults and newcomers. For LGBTQ+ visitors it is the best first point of contact for local resources, community events and up-to-date information about Winnipeg's queer scene.
