Enigmatic Boutique Hotel Cancún

Amazing place, chill, quiet and the staff is really great. If you want to stay somewhere to just chill, I'd definitely recommend it😁

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Amazing bedroom with several distinct areas. Huge sitting area with a mini-fridge, water, and tea. Super spacious bedroom with a wardrobe. Enormous terrace with a sun lounger and bathtub. Very large bathroom with two sinks. The breakfast area is charming, and the breakfast is delicious with many options to choose from. Everything is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. On the downside, we could hear the music from the bar on the corner from the room.

The hotel is beautiful; its facilities are truly lovely, the rooms are super comfortable and spacious. If you're going for a short time, it's amazing, and from what I've heard, it's also very nice for longer stays. We loved the decor, and the room rates, when asked directly at the hotel, are quite affordable.

Great place. This is how you want to stay in Mexico. Pure and beautiful. In a fantastic neighborhood with many restaurants. The hotel itself also has two fantastic restaurants. Very affordable and a great atmosphere.

Relaxed atmosphere. Excellent, albeit small, pool. Beautiful location. Good rooms. Public transportation is excellent. The station is nearby. Don't take a taxi!

It's a small but very welcoming hotel in downtown Cancun. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially the receptionist who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel has a coffee shop, two delicious restaurants, a spa, and a smoke shop. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try everything, but I would have loved to. I hope to return soon.

We meet here as a 60's+ group to play board games. They have a very limited menu, authentic Mexican though, and attentive service. There is a bar serving beer, wine, and cocktails.

This hotel is truly special! Very clean, great people, beautiful rooms and grounds. Everything is built with great style.

I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel. Aesthetically, it's a beautiful place, but what gave me the most peace of mind was the impeccable hygiene; finding such a clean and well-organized room makes all the difference. The service at reception was simply impeccable. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I had everything I needed and facilitating every detail of my visit. As for the food, the experience was outstanding. I was surprised by the versatility of the cuisine: I enjoyed incredibly fresh sushi and also had the opportunity to try the Mexican restaurant, where the flavors were authentic and delicious. I didn't have time to visit the café, but with how well I ate this time, it's the perfect excuse for my next trip!

Beautiful hotel, spacious room, and very pleasant staff. They were very helpful and communicated with us despite the language difference. In short, I loved it!
