Yesterday I went to this nightclub and witnessed the manager or person in charge stealing from a tourist, as described in the review below. The tourist bought a long-necked beer, and while drinking it, he dropped it and it broke. Immediately, this person forced him to pay another 100 pesos for the broken bottle, even though he had already bought it, claiming it was the establishment's policy. The tourist asked to see where this abusive rule was written, but the manager refused and even called another employee, I think from security, to intimidate him by blocking his way, since the tourist was asking for an explanation of this practice. It's an act of extortion. If the beer belonged to the tourist, who had already paid 70 pesos, they charged him more than the price of the beer for the bottle, which can't be returned, since no long-necked beer can be returned. It's absurd. The man paid and left immediately upon realizing he was being robbed. I saw everything myself and didn't want to stay because of the outrageous behavior. Even afterward, I was scared. I was sure that money went straight into the manager's pocket, not home. I advised the young man to go to the police with the card receipt and told him I was available if he needed a witness. Right after paying the 100 pesos, the young man went to the register to ask about this practice, and the employees said that no such policy existed. Immediately, when the manager saw them talking and saying they knew nothing about it, he reprimanded them, preventing them from giving any information because not even the employees were aware of this abusive practice. This was theft; I've never seen anything like it in my life.

A very negative and unacceptable experience. We ordered two beers (70 pesos each). Before we'd finished one, the bottle accidentally fell and broke. The manager immediately charged us 100 pesos for the bottle. It was a non-returnable long-neck bottle, with no real value once empty, so the charge was clearly abusive and unjustified. The worst part was how they handled the situation: they pressured us and wouldn't let us leave until we paid. This felt like intimidation and coercion, which is completely unacceptable. This kind of behavior gives a very bad impression to tourists and shows a lack of respect for customers. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Be very careful if you decide to go.
