Tradicional Hotel Villa Del Mar

An older hotel, but in an excellent location and clean. We went mainly to explore the city center.

We stayed there for 3 weeks. The staff was amazing! Friendly and very helpful. The rooms were always cleaned to detail Typical street noise can be expected. But hey, it's on a busy street and it's Mexico so it's part of the charm. We would definitely book there again, hopefully in a suite with a kitchen.

This place to stay is a great option for anyone that wants to be close to the beach 🏖️ and have a downtown experience. Amazing attention from part of the staff great curtsey very nice we choose the Ones that have balcony and also it was a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and come back.

The place is quiet, the rooms and service are very good. There are restaurants nearby for breakfast or lunch, a pleasant walk to the pier, and an OXXO convenience store just a block and a half away, as well as two pharmacies close by. It was our first time staying there and a very pleasant experience; 100% recommended.

Excellent location. Close to the city center and shopping areas. Air conditioning in the room. Affordable price.

Nice and clean hotel, away from the noise of the Malecón, yet a 10-15 minute walk from the beach. Helpful staff and daily housekeeping.

Does anyone know how long it is to walk from the beach?

The hotel had a really colorful vibe, with lots of plants and art around the property, which made it feel warm and lively. The hotel itself was okay overall, but the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. We didn’t ask for much service, but everyone we interacted with was genuinely nice. I was a last-minute walk-in and paid around 3,200 MXN for two nights. I’m not sure if that’s overpriced since I didn’t research much beforehand, but sharing that info for others.
