Hilton Anaheim
Many visitors praise the Hilton Anaheim's excellent location, particularly its walkability to Disneyland and convention centers, and highlight the friendly and helpful service from staff like Lingling and Pankaj. However, some guests found the rooms to be a bit tight for the price, with a few noting a lack of amenities and the expectation of paid upgrades for even basic services.

My family and I had an amazing time at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the pool and splash pad were great. The area is epic— perfect for littles and older kids. They even have characters in the lobby and at the pool. We will be coming back!
Despite having a confirmed reservation, I waited for over an hour and was still unable to check in. The staff explained that the hotel was conducting an audit, but internal procedures should not prevent guests from accessing rooms they have already reserved. Communication was poor, and no clear timeline was provided. This was an extremely frustrating experience and far below the level of service I expected.
We had an awesome stay here. The team was incredibly friendly from the porters who graciously helped with our MANY bags, to the gentleman out front who, when not busy, would always open the door for us. Martha in the market was a standout for her bright and cheery demeanor. The shuttle to Disneyland is wonderful and was much faster than any other way to get to the park. The room was spacious, but the bathroom, while nicely done, was oddly small. The Starbucks was a favorite for my travel partner. I will stay here again on our next trip.
I stayed here over the weekend in a 2-Queen room with a pool view, and overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! The Pros: Location: Unbeatable if you are in town for Disney or a event. It’s right next to the Anaheim Convention Center and a short walk/ride to Disneyland, Downtown Disney, and the Anaheim GardenWalk shopping area. Service & Atmosphere: The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming right from check-in. The central lobby bar is fantastic with tons of seating, making it a great spot to relax. Plus, there's a Starbucks inside for morning coffee drinkers. Amenities: They have 2 or 3 solid restaurants on-site and a great pool area, which is especially awesome if you have kids. The Room: Clean, modern, and a really good size. Areas for Improvement: The Bedding: The pillows weren't very comfortable and could definitely use an upgrade. The Bathroom: The shower head was pretty frustrating—it’s a handheld model and the water pressure/flow wasn't great. Despite the minor room critiques, the convenience, great service, and family-friendly perks make this a top choice in Anaheim!
Don’t fall for those Hilton vacation packages they try to sell in the lobby. I paid $450 for a “3 nights, 4 days” vacation package thinking it was a great deal. When I called to book, I quickly found out you’re basically at the mercy of hotel availability, and the dates you actually want are rarely available. On top of that, you’re required to sit through a two-hour timeshare presentation to use the package. If you don’t attend, you’re disqualified and your money is essentially wasted. I feel like I got scammed out of $450 by the people walking around the lobby with iPads selling these packages. This will be the last time I stay at a Hilton property.
BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I usually stay at the Hilton when I travel and always have a good experience, but this particular location was a big disappointment. The floors are uneven that it feels like you have vertigo. The bathtub was tilted so much that my son fell down. The water was not draining from the bathtub and the smell was terrible. The room had a smell of an antique place. Be ready to pay $60 dollars for parking a day as they don't tell you this when booking. The staf was truly no help. I brought up my concerns about the floors but the staff had no answers. I wish I had brought a level with me to take pictures but i was not aware of this issue. I walked around the outside area and realized that there are several better options. I won't be staying at this particular location anymore.
