The location, facility, amenities and overall decor were phenomenal. Friendly, accommodating staff. The room was large, but a bit "tired" and in need of some minor maintenance, particularly the bathroom, although nothing horrible that would deter me from staying. again.
Perfect location to enjoy different restaurants, two restaurants attached to the hotel. I loved the ice cream truck parked out front. Hotel is budget friendly but housekeeping was awful. We call for more towels for the next day, they came later on the next day. Only one wash cloth, soap was so tiny. We had to walk to CVS to get a few items. It was just a weekend getaway so we packed light. I had to ask for another wash cloth. The hotel itself was okay. The carpet could stand a good cleaning. Just make sure you carry your own body wash. The body wash smells terrible!!!!! Trust this review!!! Will go back to Baltimore but will book somewhere else.
The best location. Great price. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Great value!
No shuttle, no robes, no slippers despite advertising. Female desk staff were very helpful and friendly.
Location is great The rooms were average clean. Having the balcony water view makes it all worth it. My only problem is we went a little bit early. And we were worn out walking around. So I try to check in early and they told me that they would have to get some way to clean the specific room. I guess she just don't get any available one. But 20 minutes later we had to borrow the key card to use the restroom. When I return the key card, magically if I paid $40 The room was clean. If they just told me in the beginning that would be fine, I would have paid it.
