A fantastic small motel that focuses on doing the important things right. The property is quiet and safe, the room was immaculately clean, and the hospitality was incredibly friendly. It is simple, comfortable, and an amazing value. Will definitely stay here again!
Great service, nice clean rooms, good price!
Terrible customer service. Sub par room at best. Not only was there no shampoo or conditioner in the room, but there wasn’t even toilet paper. Also woke up and saw some sort of stain on my sheets that looked like blood that did not come from me. I didn’t want to create problems at that point I just wanted to get out of there. But then I try to check out and the owner checks my room and sees the stain and blames it on me… at that point I tried to argue and defend myself and convey how disgusted I was to wake up and see that next to my head, and that I was trying to be civil and that’s why I didn’t complain. She argues profusely and basically calls me a liar because she says she personally cleans those rooms and there’s no possible way she could ever make a mistake or miss anything apparently. Then she decides she’s going to keep $20 of my $100 cash deposit, for a stain on a WHITE sheet that was not from me in the first place. Like you can’t just wash white sheets with bleach and pull out a stain. From my knowledge that deposit is not for things like small removable stains on white generic bed sheets. It’s for actual damages. So she pretty much stole my money. Never in my life have I ever had a hotel take a deposit for something that ridiculous and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. I also was not told when I called about the room that the deposit had to be cash until I was in the lobby. And she made me go to a gas station to get cash at 12am after I had been driving for 12 hours and tried to act like she told me. All she said was $100 deposit so I assumed it was like every other hotel that takes deposits and they just put a 24 hour hold on your card. But that was not the case. And she didn’t even attempt at apologizing for the inconvenience or anything. She was completely rude and just trying to take whatever she could get from me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The worst customer service and the rooms are disgusting.
My family and I were traveling on a cross country road trip. We had to stay here because we were staying at choice hotels and this was the only one not sold out in Casper. I see why. Parking lot was so bad my car bottomed out a few times. No towels in the room but 1.5 hours after we checked in at 830pm we were given 2 towels for 4 people. It ended up fine as my son who showered first was the only one that got warm water. When I woke this morning I found ants in the bed and I had been bit a few times as was my 5 year old daughter. When I talk to the office personnel I was told I didn't let the water run long enough. When is 30 mins not long enough because that's how long I waited and messed with it trying to get water that wasn't ice cold. No coffee maker in the room. I can't believe they have the nerve to charge almost $100 for the room. This was one of the most expensive rooms we booked and the poorest experience by far.
