Such a great experience, the rooms are beautiful just heads up it’s a self service kind of place but the instructions are very clear , Family friendly with amenities near by .
Absolutely loved my stay at The Bishop Arts Hotel by Q Resorts! The contactless check-in was easy, the room was spotless and stylish, and the location was perfect for exploring the Bishop Arts District. It had all the charm of a boutique hotel with the convenience of modern travel. I’ll definitely be back!
Nice place! Clean, quiet & close to everywhere I needed to be. Will stay again next time I'm in Dallas!
It was a very nice spot. Very quite and the room was awesome. Parking was good, only negative was the bed was not that comfortable. Not going to give them a bad review for that just need the bed to be a bit more comfortable. Overall it was amazing 😍
This is not a hotel. It is not in Bishop Arts. No staff on site. You need to memorize lots of codes or bring your phone every time you leave the room. We Showed up at a place with a big neon sign in Bishop Arts that said Bishop Arts Hotel. If you see this sign, you ARE AT THE WRONG PLACE! The Bishop Arts Hotel by Q resorts is different, a 15-20 minute walk from Bishop Arts. Look for a crappy unlit wooden sign. See attached picture for their only signage. We showed up really confused at the wrong place, nowhere in our registration or texts did we see there was no staff, and MANDATORY self check in. You have to book the room, and then basically do it again, online. Sure, we got the texts asking us to download apps (which I avoid) and do more check in stuff, but we assumed we could do it at the front desk like we have at EVERY SINGLE OTHER HOTEL. I am used to paying deposits after booking online, but I am not used to being denied entrance to the lobby and doing everything myself on the street outside. Think of it like AIRbNB but less convenient. Need 1 code for the parking lot, another for the building, and a third for the room. If you leave your room without your phone you are SOL. At one point the lock to our room was making a lot of bad noises and not opening. It was horrible because there was no staff on site. Eventually it opened, but it was much more stressful than at a real hotel. We asked if they could offer anything for the inconvenience and gap in expectations, but we were refused. Nothing.
very beautiful room - my husband especially loved the bed. Due to a medical emergency, I didn't get to stay at the hotel but the host was so very accommodating in navigating our situation. He was very responsive to every request with quick responses whenever needed.
