Pros: Very close to Cornell University; beds were extremely comfortable and I had the best sleep I have had in a long time! Cons: This is an extremely dated, dingy, musty, dusty, dark and dreary hotel. The cost for one room with two queen beds for two nights was $698. They had inflated the price, probably because it was "reunion weekend" at Cornell. The front desk staff was neither friendly nor welcoming. The breakfast offerings were minimal and of low quality. There was not enough seating in the breakfast area, for the number of people staying at the hotel. The outside doors had zero security. No requirement for swiping a key to get access into the hallways of the hotel. When we arrived, there were some sketchy-looking people wandering through the parking lot. The fitness center had minimal equipment and was dark and closet-like, with the only potential ventilation being the propped-open door. The Culligan water dispenser in the fitness center dispensed water that tasted and smelled like mildew.

I stayed here for a quick overnight while traveling cross county. Got a great rate on a 3rd party site. My room was clean, area and parking was safe. Walking to Cornell and through campus was fun. Breakfast got the job done. I would recommend this place as a hotel with very reasonable price that gets the job done.

The air conditioner was very loud, couldn't have a good night sleep. The the walls between rooms are so thin that I could hear a lot of noise from our neighbor. Not recommended.

Very clean older hotel. Breakfast was good and the area very tidy. Staff was very cordial and helpful. Very reasonable price.
