This is the Best glamping spot ever. I just woke up, in a king size bed with the sounds of nature. It's just absolutely stunning. I can never regular camp again lol.
My first experience at Firelight Camps was so fun! My friend and I came for a moms getaway for the night. It definitely gives you camping vibes without the set up needed. The bed was surprisingly comfortable too! We took the 4 mile hike down Buttermilk Falls and back up. Be prepared for climbing back up all those stairs! We saw some beautiful native plants blooming all over including columbine and trillium and wild geranium. We went up the the spa restaurant for drinks and dessert... The dessert was delicious but the drinks were not. Next time we will get drinks at the camp bar (they are cheaper anyway!). The staff at the camp was so nice and helpful. The firepits were cozy and there were plenty if you wanted your own private fire. There is a little bit of a walk to go to the bathroom but it was lit by pretty string lights and the lanterns in the tent were fun to use. The showers were better than I expected too. Overall, I would return! I think I would go mid week too so it's a little cheaper.
Concept is great, but I'd expect them to take better care of the rooms/tent for the cost. The comforter was for a smaller sized bed and images cover this up by having the comforter pulled to the side of the bed that is by the door, so they KNOW they're too small. I really appreciated the lady that showed us our accommodations in the evening. She was a very nice lady and abundantly helpful. This made it all the more frustrating that the people in the morning that handle coffee and breakfast we're talking down about her right in front of me. I think that the establishment doesn't have explitly set time for breakfast to be ready so there ends up being uncertainty for the guests that makes serving breakfast rough, because then you have guests rapping there fingers for breakfast. I also didn't like an envelope asking for tips for housekeeping. It's trashy in general, especially for the price and that there are cobwebs and stuff in the tent they could have taken care of
Super cool, Sam and team, AMAZING and the birds will lull me to sleep
It has been a source of great pride to be the chosen provider of storage solutions for the Firelight Camps for more than a decade now. They provide a premier glamping experience in the Finger Lakes area, which is no small feat. Robert, Emma, and Jason will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is relaxing & rejuvenating, guaranteeing that your escape from the hustle and bustle is unforgettable!
My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend this past September, and we simply loved everything about it. The tents were spotless, cozy, and very welcoming, with plenty of extra blankets to keep warm on cool nights. The bed was absolutely amazing, super comfortable and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was fantastic, and having a full bar along with plenty of fire pits to sit by was such a pleasant surprise. It made for the perfect mix of comfort and outdoor charm. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a unique and relaxing escape. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!
