We went there for a graduation celebration dinner. The servers and management were very helpful and kind as we took pictures all around the property, despite getting close to closing time.
I went to Burger and music Tuesday on the patio. It is a fun time.
Stayed in Rose suit which has two bedrooms. Beautifully decorated and clean rooms. Scenic location. Not too far from Cornell. The only problem I had was their beds: so soft that I felt every toss and turn my husband made and woke up with backpain.
So my daughter graduated from Cornell and we booked a prix fixe 3 course lunch at this restaurant, for $125/per person. A little pricey for Upstate, but we were a captive audience. The waiter was great. The appetizers were quite good. The problem occurred when they brought the entrees. Three of us got the chicken marsala. One had a hair in it and was sent back. Then I looked at mine and saw an eyelash (picture attached). At that point, two of use had enough. Do with this what you will, but the local health department really needs to come check this place out. Given all the dining options in Ithaca, why one would come here for the hairy chicken marsala is beyond me.
Ate at the restaurant and found it very average and disappointing. Very poor vegetarian choices and lots of food not available. Generally found the service to be slow and not want you'd expect for an expensive restaurant.
