Had a great experience at Arlo Williamsburg and wanted to give a shoutout to Leo and Mohammed. Both were welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Leo did a great job running the restaurant and making sure guests were taken care of. Mohammed was friendly, helpful, and always had a positive attitude. Their hospitality really stood out and made the experience that much better. It’s not every day you come across service like that. Thanks again to Leo and Mohammed—I’ll definitely be back.

10/10 restaurant and hotel. To give a shout out, the staff in the restaurant are some of the most compassionate people that you will ever meet, specially Leo. Leo was very attentive to all of my whole group's needs. She made sure to remember and greet us with a warm smile every day that we were there. Not only that, her professionalism and attentiveness truly made my stay even more delightful than anticipated. At times when it was busy, she made sure to handle each customer with grace and a gentleness that you can't find in many others. Additionally, Juan made sure the atmosphere feel very welcoming. His service was lovely and added more enjoyment to our overall stay. If you want to feel cared for and treated with the utmost kindness, look no further than The Arlo Williamsburg and the restaurant! Thank you again Leo and Juan for your constant generosity.

Rooms are too small for it to be worth it. I can literally hear every thing happening in the hallway. Bathroom is gasping for air, claustrophobically small. Would only recommend if you are fine with lots of ambient noise and small space. Great place to hang out, get a drink and watch a game tho.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. The doorman made inappropriate comments to a woman in our group that was creepy and unprofessional. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and should not be tolerated by any establishment. Management needs to address this seriously.
