Hi team, I have to write you a separate review again as the money you deducted while checking in for a night stay of 305$ has still not been refunded and cos of your delay it’s now part of the CC bill for the month. I was told during the check-in that upon checkout within seven days the money will be refunded and it has not happened where it’s been more than two weeks now. Before staying with you, I was staying at the Hilton hotel and they have refunded the money three days after checkout This is the reason I was not comfortable in sharing my Credit Card with you, but then because of the assurance given by the Agent KAYLA While checking, I agreed to go ahead with the same. Even though this is a standard practice, but looks like your process in reversing the amount which is accrued only for one night need some streamlining and clarification. Please could you process the refund at the earliest? I hope I don’t have to remind you about this transaction again. I have also been charged a Forex fees (MARK-UP Feed) and additional taxes which could have been waived off if you would have Reverse the transaction within the stipulated time. ——- On a generic note Please understand When travellers are trusting you with the Credit Card and the transaction and you tell them that the money will not be deducted but only held for the time you have to give them the honest information because that can screw up the trip completely and hold their money which thankfully was not in this case.
10/10 service Afternoon - night Front service people were amazing they should get a raise and made my stay feel great. Breakfast included way more than we thought. Will be back!!!
Terrible terrible terrible stay here. Booked a room and ac is not working. We are in the heat of the summer. Staff is absolutely not accommodating at all. They had rooms and refused to give us another. No one picks up the calls. The manager refused to help us. Everytime I speak to someone at the front desk they either make me wait for the ten people behind me to be seen first or they ask me to wait for some time so they can help me. When that time comes, surprisingly, they refuse to and can’t help me. Terrible experience and terrible employees and terrible rooms.
My family and I stayed here for a week. All of the staff were amazing. The first 2 nights we had issues with our AC not working in 2 of our rooms. On the second day a crew member/engineer came up to our room to fix the AC. A couple hours later the AC was still not working and the crew member Alice came back and helped again, after we explained we had to be here for another 5 days Alice went downstairs and coordinated with the front desk and personally escorted us to a new room within 15 minutes. Alice was absolutely fantastic and owned making our experience better and getting us moved. Thank you so much! The other room with an AC issue was able to be moved as well and fans were provided in the meantime to help mitigate the heat until the room was moved. Outside of the wonderful service from all staff members we interacted with the location is perfect if you want to be close to subway stops, food, entertainment etc… Rooms are not huge but comfortable for the space! Would stay here again for conviennent location and excellent customer service from the front desk, crew ( shoutout Alice) and the bartenders and hospitality staff on the second floor lounge.
Passed by. Saw inside. Good impression. Next time I will try to rent it.
If you want to have control of the temperature of your room don’t stay here. They lock down the settings and then force you to deal with it. It’s 95 degrees and if you are not in your room you have to wait an hour for your room to cool down so you can comfortably sleep. Charging you hundreds of dollars and not giving guests the ability to control the temperature in your room is ridiculous. They have sensors to determine your movement to set the temperature. Do they not realize that the when you walk into your room you want it to be comfortable?
