Booked trough 3rd party When I reached they weren't able to keep the booking I had to pay 75 dollars to stay in a basement room They did allow a 1 pm check out
No rags or towels. This is the second time in a month a stayed here. Thought maybe it’s just this time. Front desk tries there next. Cleaning staff speaks no English. They said 15 minutes twice. It never delivered. Rolled there eyes and laughed at the request. The rooms blinds and windows were damaged. The room was 401. They really don’t care about there guest. Gonna find another hotel.

The Brooklyn Hotel is a wonderful place to stay! So quiet and clean—the staff was so attentive. If l ever visit th Big Apple again, this is where l will stay!
Middle of Brooklyn but rooms are nicely appointed clean and spacious. Front desk is a bit lacking in charisma, but got the job done.
It was a wonderful stay. Love the place
Front desk associate nice but limited English an issue. Quiet floor. Wifi an issue.
