Complete disregard for patient privacy and total lack of accountability. DAP breach my confidential STI testing and the infomation was weaponized against me in legal proceedings. It destroyed my life. I became homeless because if their negligence and now wont even return a call. They admitted the breach in the letter below, yet they have ghosted me from that point on. Zero compassion for results of their negligence. Do NOT trust this institution

Orange clinic was awesome!

I had been customer for quite some time. Lately I needed other support than just primary care. They helped me to get seen by a case management person. They are in constant communication and I feel that they really care. Whatever need I had reach out and they always had helped. Either food, clothes, transportation passes I had found a great place that helped in difficult times

This place is amazing, beat Drs, best everything, free yoga, free std testing, free fentanyl test kits, HIV test kits, condoms, narcan

Initially, I had issues getting appointment. Every appointment is two months away and on the day of the appointment, they would call early in the morning to cancel with some excuse. At last the third one I Started yelling saying I’m on heart medication. And I am out . I need to see a doctor ASAP. However, surprisingly the place was clean, modern and efficient for a doctors office receptionist was a bit scattered, but not bad. The doctor was efficient and knowledgeable.

Actually, I was pleasantly surprised. I checked them out on yelp and they didn’t have great reviews. The place was clean stylish enough for a doctors office. The doctor was on time and professional. The only grade I have is they canceled on me three times before I start dealing saying, I need to see a doctor ASAP and each cancellation took me a month later for an appointment

Was able to get a quick appt with the dentist for an urgent need. Saw the dentist and was able to get appt to fix the tooth in question.

Dr. Randall and his assistant at blue clinic at DAP on Sunrise were excellent doing an andoscopy. I was in pain but they told me how to deal with it!

The clinic staff has been great, however the issue I have is with the odd changing of providers. I have been with the clinic roughly 2 years and will be on my 4th primary care provider whenever I can actually see them as apparently if a new provider takes over, they are limited to how many patients get transferred to them per day besides taking new patients. I have blood pressure and cholesterol meds that are maintenance medications and have had issues with getting them renewed after being requested a week in advance through my pharmacy before being out, which is what is generally recommended, even after being seen barely 3 months ago by my primary care ( who was my 3rd at the time) and everything being fine per lab work. I also am not sure why they didn't send new prescriptions to the pharmacy after my recent visit, most clinics I went to in the past would do so or at least the clinician would ask at the minimum.

The care is always good
