Denizen McKinney Hotel

I absolutely loved my stay! I came to celebrate my daughter's graduation, and this beautiful, cozy little place made the occasion even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day of celebrating. The entire area was very clean and well-maintained, and everything felt welcoming and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and tranquil getaway.

Hotel has great accents and an accommodating staff. Thank you Donny, Connie and Karen. Modern vibe with a subtle golf theme (close to Craig's Ranch). Difficulty initially with reservations but it worked out with a smile, in spite of me. Thank you.

Beautiful, modern hotel with outstanding service. Karen (spelling?) at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating for my recent visit and had great customer service. She asked thoughtful questions about my visit and was able to accommodate an early check in for me. Additionally, the room I was given had a malfunctioning AC unit, and when I called the front desk about it, they immediately reassigned my room and hand delivered the new keys to my room. Highly recommend this hotel!

Room was clean on check in except for floor which had both dust and hair bunnies. Minor issues with lack of automatic front door which makes it awkward to get in and out of hotel lobby. Major issue: Lack of daily housekeeping of which we were not informed nor is there a notice at the counter or in the room as other hotels do. So when we returned in the afternoon to our unmade beds and resident dust and hair bunnies, we called the front desk who informed of us their policy and would check with housekeeping. Despite the fact that the room cleaning crew and cart were visible and cleaning just 3 doors down, we received a call back that the room could not be fully serviced. We checked out after 2 nights leaving our bunny friends behind in McKinney

Rooms were very clean and “aesthetic” (per my teen). Beds very comfortable. Wonderful area behind the hotel with restaurants, outdoor seating and games. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Fitness center well appointed and all equipment worked. Location convenient to area soccer complexes. Would def stay again.

The hotel carpet has a foul odor and the room we stayed in could have been cleaner. The front desk receptionist are also not very friendly. For the amount we paid the service doesn't add up. I wouldn't stay here again.

I just spoke with Arron . My situation ended up being . Excellent above and beyond. Customer Service was provided. I was so amazed. How my situation was handled. I had been treated unfairly from another representative. Arron@ Denzian Hotel . Showed me how highly the value of customers are appreciated. Accommodating there guest is what matters . This place is nice. Still smells new and its super clean. Nice beds and the full fridge is nice. Good shower, good coffee. Rooms are roomy and very modern. Security is Extras like a real coffee cups real silver wear and dishes. Several food establishments and bars in walking distance.This place was perfect for our Friday night concert at the Guitar Sanctuary. Stayed the night and hopped over a couple miles to the Allen Outlet mall for all the Brand outlets you could possibly imagine. DFW metroplex is at your fingertips from this location with a ton to do on foot as well. We will escape Denison for the weekend many more times to come.

It looks nice and new and clean. The front desk staff was nice. The location is convenient to a lot but being off the highway it was very loud. The main reason for the 3 star though is because half the lights didn’t work in the room the ac unit makes noise all night even if you turn the thermostat off, and the bed/pillow was pretty uncomfortable which is subjective.

Its fantastic here!! Whenever we needed something from there little shop, they had the things we needed! There service and atmosphere was so amazing! We had a beautiful texas view with a sky lounge!! and there was a little hang out area inside and outside! It was spectacular and I definitely recommend this hotel!!

Great stay at Denizen Hotel McKinney! The front desk staff was very helpful, especially Karen, who made our early check-in smooth and stress-free. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and having a full-sized fridge was a huge plus for storing food and drinks for our event. Overall, a fantastic experience—5/5, would definitely recommend staying here!

Pay attention to the reviews not the good ones either. Location is great but the service was awful. The staff is incompetent and the girl with the glasses and the bun she’s white was extremely rude and clearly does not know how to handle conflict at all . I believe conflict resolution skills are imperative and something the staff truly lacks . Our room ? Utterly disgusting finding hair in the shower and dingy towels . Through out the night the elevator tends to get a bit gross … my fiance’ booked this room for us he and I agreed we’d never return . Spend the extra money and book elsewhere . Not worth the Haste and the disrespect . Whole staff needs to be fired .
