I started going to the Bolt in 2020 and, sadly, things have been changing there in the last year and a half. Most of the clientele are NOT people that I would feel comfortable with, for many reasons. I I never could stomach 98 percent of the men there. I will say that Nate is an awesome guy and a great bartender (I’ve never spoken to the other bartenders in my life, so I wouldn’t know about them). He gets five stars from me. Addendum: After seeing the recent reviews RE: clientele, et al, I know I wasn’t wrong. I stayed away from most of them because I could see pretty much right through them. And as one person also noted, the entire atmosphere is changing. I also can’t go in there anymore in good conscience because of political beliefs I have. I wonder if most of the clientele know Selena is dead? Good luck going in there. 🙋♂️⚪️🧊🇺🇸XY
They don't really have food here, although we've had burgers on Sundays (not sure if they always have them). But the drinks are stiff and inexpensive! To top it all off, it's one of those gay bars that welcome everyone without judgement! So, come one, come all!
too many gay men
