Overall, the accommodations seem fitting for the price. It's in a decent area, with quite a bit of homelessness in the surrounding areas, but nothing too severe. The floors and stairs creek a bit, the room is small but the bathroom is very spacious. Plumbing isn't too bad, the shower took some time to drain, but the bathtub was a DELIGHT. Bed was comfy and the free continental was a nice thought, don't expect anything fancy tho. Very close to Channel24, which is why I stayed. I would book again if I were to go to another show at that venue. It's within walking distance from Safeway and places to eat.

It's a beautiful, cozy, location. Breakfast offering, secured location. We were able to find parking on the street. It took the hot water a while to get hot, and was the only issue I had. I'd stay here again!

Absolutely stunning structure. This mansion has a rich history. With blissfulness inside and outside the structure these walls have stories and new memories are created. Be sure to sit beside the waterfall and enjoy the relaxing sound of the trickling water . If you haven’t checked this place out you must it’ll make you feel like you’re the elite.

Stayed there while attending a convention in June 2025. I left my Apple AirPod. It was found, and they confirmed that they found it, but I was given the runaround until they tell me they no longer have it, despite offering to pay for shipping. Beware!

Maybe I should have called and asked questions before booking an overnight stay with my husband. Bottom line -- if you have trouble with stairs, don't stay here. It's an old building with no ramp outside or elevator inside. Hotel and room were clean, bed comfy, but no counter or shelf space in bathroom. We thought the continental breakfast was good with a nice selection. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.

I got married to my 1st wife here. Many years later I live across the street from it! I've been there for retirement parties and other events. The staff is always attentive and understanding. The grounds are well kept and always clean.
