The hotel's location was excellent. The rooms were nice. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We especially want to thank Nestar and Taner at the reception who took care of us. They helped us with everything. The hotel has its own parking lot, but it's possible to find cheaper parking nearby.

Great experience and the room on the 7th floor i had was clean, and as expected. Highly recommend. The staff were so friendly and today, the gentleman at the desk told me something I didn't know about how to use Google maps for public transportation and how to understand the transportation routes which was amazing to learn. Both mom and I learned something new and I can't thank him enough. It made today much easier to get around. That alone earns 10 stars.

Manager said he was giving us a "quiet" room. Well the room was right next to the dumpsters outside and it was trash night so three dumpsters (i assume filled with beer and wine bottles) got dumped 3 different times during the night so had to fall back asleep on a pillow that felt like it was stuffed with burlap 3 consecutive times. Rooms were euro in size which wasn't a problem and they were clean.
