Had an amazing experience and couldn’t think of anything they could’ve done better. The staff were great, food and drinks were amazing, and the environment was elegant and cozy. Will definitely be returning my next Seattle trip!
This is hands down one of my favorite places in the world, let alone this city. We love to bring guests here and they also feel the same way!
Drinks were incredible - I love how you can describe what you like and have them curate a drink just for you. That option is $22 a drink. You can also get a few classic cocktails as well. We didn’t get food, just picked at almonds but there didn’t seem like there were too many options, which is fine at a place like this I’d assume. I would suggest maybe something a bit more fresh for the palate, like berries along with the nuts or a charcuterie board, or even dark chocolate. Dates. Figs. Anything. Music is loud at first, then they turn it off, then turn it back on, then off.. just made it somewhat awkward. I thought it was big for a speakeasy, and even with that fact, we were asked to leave after 90 minutes because another party had a reservation, even though it was somewhat empty. Glad I got to go, and would recommend for others to try, but maybe just once.
Invited some friends to join us upstairs for the first time and we were not disappointed. The staff were super helpful in guiding us through describing what kind of drinks we wanted, and everything we ended up getting was delicious and perfectly suited to what we described. Even my friend who has more particular spirit preference was happy with the selection. The food was all very yummy, including the popcorn chicken and Mac and cheese, which were a much larger shareable portion than we were expecting. Service was a little slow between drinks but to be fair, they were inventing things with a lot of specificity so it's to be expected. We each got two cocktails. For the price and size that was plenty.
Super cool atmosphere and staff.
Food and drinks were great. The drinks were crazy good. We made reservations for needle & thread speak easy.
