For over $200 for one night, the bedroom did not have a microwave. There was AI art in the hallways and everything smelled. We stayed on the third floor. The hallway smelled and the room smelled not to mention that all the furniture was damaged. Do not be fooled by the semi OK lobby

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel, and a big reason why was Kiheenia. From the moment I arrived, she provided exceptional customer service and treated me like family rather than just another guest. She was warm, genuine, down-to-earth, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. In today's world, it can be difficult to find truly great customer service, but Kiheenia exceeded all expectations. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude made my stay memorable. Because of her, I will absolutely continue coming back to this hotel in the future. Kiheenia deserves to be recognized and praised for the incredible job she does. Employees like her are rare, and she is a tremendous asset to this hotel. Thank you, Kiheenia, for making me feel like more than a guest. You made me feel like a close friend.

We stayed at this DoubleTree this past weekend (Fri-Sun). We discovered on Saturday that the bathroom was infested with ants all over the bathroom floor. I went to the front desk and ask if they had bug spray, they said they would send someone to my room (Room 906). The attendant said they would send someone to our room. I asked how long it would be because we wanted to shower and had plans for dinner. She said it should be 5-10 minutes. Forty-five minutes later maintenance came to the room, we showed him where the ants were and his response was, I need to go get bug spray....not sure why he didn't have any with him if that was the complaint, so again we had to wait. He did come back about 10 minutes later and sprayed and cleaned the floor. When we got up to check out on Sunday, there was an infestion under and around the desk area. When I checked out, I checked online and immediately called down to the front desk and reported it and STRONGLY suggested that someone go to the room so they could see for themselves. I was told that a manager would contact me regarding my complaint, I have heard from NO ONE! It was disgusting. I have been a Hilton Honors member for many years and have never experienced anything like this or ever had a complaint. I reserved the executive level and paid $642 for two nights; unacceptable. Not to mention, there were no "perks" that I experience with choosing the Executive level. Never was I offered my warm cookie that is a staple at DoubleTree. I don't think I will be returning to this location. I am being generous with the two stars and the stay wasn't worth the cost!

The hotel is under renovation as of June 2026. I think it is a good location and friendly staff.

The rooms aren't horrible but the issue here is that the cleaning staff is so loud! They are yelling at each other down the halls... I've been here for two nights and it's the same both days. I've never heard anything like it, and it doesn't seem to end! Not a restful space.
