WoodSpring Suites Wilmington Riverfront

The room was fine inside but it is insanely loud. People are yelling in the halls all night. You are also right next to the train station. You can hear people in the parking lot but the biggest issue is the halls. They supposedly have "quiet hours" but they are not enforced.

The rooms were very clean and the young man at the front desk was very nice. I did not like the fact that there’s an extra linen charge when there weren’t any hand towels, and you should be able to get clean towels daily in a hotel. We did not have our room cleaned, so why is there a charge to change out your towels if needed. There are hidden charges upon checkout that weren’t stated upon check in. There were clearly people partying past 8 PM on our floor .The people upstairs were very loud and you could hear everything going on above your head.

A lot of moose herr its in an industrial area my room was next to the school bus depot. They do not provide anything for the efficiency part of there name, no coffee maker, glasses plates pots or pans etc. Barely had 2 rather small towels. It is very clean, staff is wonderful just not what a person traveling through can use without purchasing cookware and dishware to stay..mind you 4 people package was all that was offered. No table to eat at either. Bed was ok horrible fram thay slides on thr floor. I would not stay again. Cost me more money to eat as had to order in and eat off take out containers. Definitely not worth the price for what you get. Disappointing.

Crisanta and Amanda, the managers at this location, made what could have been a very terrible 3rd party experience into above and beyond service. And even past that, it's a very clean location, the staff is very personable and friendly without being sterile and robotic, and the price/location value is great (just probably don't walk if you're going right). My highest recommendation

Worst, most unprofessional hotel staff ever. I showed up per my reservation only to be told they were oversold and had cancelled the reservation that I had made several days earlier. When we asked for an explanation, the front desk staff smirked at us repeatedly, had zero empathy. No one should ever stay at this hotel! Worst! Negative 10 stars is my review.

Super Duper Impressive!

Super Impressed! I cannot express how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room was well maintained, everything in working condition, the bathroom was immaculately clean and OMG the shower is brilliant. I love a good hot shower and it was perfect, water pressure and all! The staff is amazing and the facility supervisor is wonderful! My husband and I will be coming back. Thank you!!!🙏🏾
