WoodSpring Suites Wilmington Riverfront
Visitors often praise the hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and good value for money, with some appreciating the in-room amenities like a fridge and microwave. However, a common complaint is that the hotel can be very noisy, with thin walls, loud hallway activity, and proximity to a train station, and some guests noted unexpected charges for amenities like linens.

Stayed at this hotel on NYE because it's not far from our friends' house, but that's all it has going for it. There's nothing cozy about this place. The floors are vinyl and really slippery, sounds echo, and the walls are basically made of paper. Within a few minutes of getting to our room, we could hear the sound of doors slamming and every single footstep coming from neighboring rooms. No hand towels, tissues, or paper towels in the room. Someone else's hair and toothpaste stains (hopefully) were on the bathroom floor. The blinds on the window don't block any light, so prepare yourself to be blasted by the sun as soon as it rises. No coffee in the morning. The wifi didn't work. Would not recommend.
A utilitarian, clean, and wonderfully inexpensive place to sleep near the childrens museum. Passing through with two kids in tow and this was an easy win. Fridge and microwave in the room, even a laundry hamper! No noise issues and I appreciated the lack of carpet and large trashcans!
Clean rooms. Friendly staff. For some reason my AC kept going off after 12 hours, but it wasn't a big deal. Good value, especially as I was attending a conference at another hotel about a mile away that charged 3 times what I paid here
Very good, just passing through after a not-so-great motel. Excellent welcome and very pleasant. Spacious room.
Great spot, and at an incredible price. Super clean, comfy bed. Not a place if you want to be lavishly pampered, it's not meant to be like that. WiFi at an additional cost from what I saw on the placemat.
