Everything is amazing, wonderful, calm, fantastic, I loved it!

This was my third stay at Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita and my first since 2018. The resort has clearly undergone a very successful renovation. It is always good to return to a place after a few years and confirm that the original choice was the right one. The property remains one of the most beautiful places in Mauritius, and it was especially nice to see that some members of the team are still working there after so many years. This gives the resort a sense of continuity and makes the stay feel more personal. The design of the restaurants and the lobby is spectacular, and the quality of the food at the resort is excellent. However, there are a few areas that require attention. In my opinion, moving breakfast to Chaloupe has reduced the overall breakfast experience compared to the previous location, where Radici is now situated. The buffet cannot fully replace the previous à la carte standard. While a few dishes can still be ordered from the menu, the waiting time was definitely too long. Service in the restaurants is also inconsistent. In some places it reaches the level expected from Four Seasons, while in others it clearly falls short. The weakest point was the service on Île aux Cerfs, where the island beach and golf course are located. The beach itself is spectacular and is one of the resort’s strongest assets. It also clearly highlights the difference between a natural beach and an artificial hotel beach, which is also very beautiful but cannot truly replace nature. The idea of providing access to such a beautiful island beach is excellent, but the execution and service on site require significant improvement. Courtesy alone is not enough; a resort operating under the Four Seasons brand must deliver the same level of quality in Mauritius as it does in other locations around the world. Overall, I still recommend this resort, especially the lagoon-facing villas during the Mauritian winter. It remains one of the best places to stay in Mauritius, but the food and beverage service should be brought back to the standard expected of the Four Seasons brand.

Four Seasons Mauritius is one of the most luxurious resorts I've ever visited. 😍 From the moment you arrive, you feel the attention to detail and the elegant welcome with a bouquet of flowers and thoughtful touches. The oceanfront villa was breathtaking—clean, spacious, and with a private pool offering complete privacy and relaxation. All the facilities are of a luxurious standard, and the tranquility is indescribable, making it one of the best choices for a honeymoon. The Italian restaurant was exceptional in every sense of the word. The service was professional, and the dishes were absolutely delicious. Breakfast overlooking the ocean was an experience in itself, and the resort offers a private trip to one of its islands for lunch and a barbecue amidst a wonderful atmosphere. Every corner of the resort reflects Four Seasons' quality and attention to the smallest details. It was one of my most beautiful experiences, and I confidently recommend it. I hope to return every year. The photos only capture a small part of the beauty of the place.

If you’re reading this before making a reservation, I strongly encourage you to consider my experience carefully. At the time of booking, I paid the full amount for my stay in addition to a security deposit of 35,000. I was clearly informed that this deposit would be fully refunded, provided there were no outstanding charges or damages at the end of my stay. Upon check-out, I was advised that the refund would be processed within a maximum of three days. Unfortunately, that timeframe has now passed, and I have not received my deposit. What is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel by phone and message regarding the status of my refund, I have received no response. Based on my personal experience, I urge prospective guests to carefully evaluate their decision before booking with this property, particularly if a substantial security deposit is required. As this matter remains unresolved, I will be pursuing all available legal channels to recover the funds owed to me. I intend to continue this process until the matter is resolved in accordance with the applicable legal procedures.

The have a great view and privacy the staff are friendly but not always able to understand you

Thank you Four Seasons team for giving me a 30th birthday I will remember for my lifetime. Impeccable service, beautiful room and brilliant food. Do not hesitate to book here. Everyone working here is welcoming and warm. Nothing you request will ever be too much of a problem. I have never experienced such amazing hospitality before and I am very grateful to have spent a few nights here. The Four Seasons Mauritius is outstanding! The location is its own little oasis unlike some of the other resorts on the island in busy areas. All of the restaurants have incredible food and service. The housekeeping team works flawlessly behind the scenes. Responses to messages on the app are quick. Everyone is hard working, kind, and went above and beyond. Silvana kindly greeted us and explained everything we needed to know. Victoria had very efficient service during breakfast. Avish, Florian, and Darren were great by the pool and Navish was absolutely fantastic!! Nandani made sure our villa was always stocked with what we needed

We stayed at the resort for 10 days with our 1,5 year old toddler. It was the most amazing, relaxing and memorable stay. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and the pool is warm, with many areas to relax around the villa. The staff, especially at the breakfast is incredibly kind, quick and professional. We appreciated their attentiveness and support so much, they would even watch our son so we could eat. The food is amazing as well, each restaurant is a whole experience, beautiful setting with authentic taste. I really appreciated the acai bowl that the chef adjusted to my preference and always kept ready for the next day for me. We also celebrated my birthday during our stay which was arranged beautifully by the staff. If you have a small kid, too young for kids club this hotel is still super suitable if you want time for yourself or a day to go on a trip or boat tour. The babysitters are very reliable, always available and really experienced with babies and toddlers. This was my son’s first time at the babysitter and he had no issue, really enjoyed his time there. Also the main pool is perfect for children. Wipes, baby lotion, baby shampoo, sterilizer, bottle warmer and diaper changing pad were all arranged by the hotel in our room and small kids eat for free!! Diapers are also available and were delivered to us within 5 minutes. The gym is incredibly well equipped, there’s a reformer for Pilates, a separate pool and a very nice outdoor gym as well as two tennis courts.
