I really enjoyed spending time there, I didn't try the food but everything else was on point, a bit pricey but it's something to be expected in that kind of place

Great place. Lived up to the hype (out of Towner).

Atmosphere was ok. But suddenly there was an extra charge on my drinks. I think they start to pray on people once they have had a few. Ordered 2 rounds cost the same, yet the third round of the same drink cost more with no explanation. RIP OFF!!! shady if you ask me!

Best beer garden in Geelong. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Used to be fun but alas all good things get ruined! Had men joking about spiking drinks and drugging women and I then had to break up a fight when we were simply trying to leave :)))) Actual joke that we can’t go out anymore without people being aggressive and violent! It’s 2025 seriously be better and do better. Women and people in general should feel safe on nights out without it ending in aggression.

Unfortunately they let in feral young guys who push, shove and overcrowd the place. My boyfriend was grabbed from behind while someone in front of him was ready to punch him. My girlfriend was squared up to by the same guy. We were just trying to leave, following a security guard of all people - it's just too crowded with nasties.

Used to be a great staple of fresh Geelong night life... Now where you potentially get pulled into a random fight for wanting to move past the inside toilet line. I previously loved this spot but my last visit ended in my shirt being ruined and several buttons ripped out due to wanting to cross the inside toilet line to continue to the outdoor area - my bad I guess! While this was a great place, maybe modern times are in support of aggression and inability to exit a premises whilst ensuring you're pushed into furniture. At least I know the venues in Geelong's CBD that currently support keeping all of your shirt buttons intact. Don't go here unless you're 18 and practice MMA.

I used to enjoy this place when I lived in Geelong. Unfortunately, the crowd and vibe has changed and I can no longer find joy in being here. Everyone seems to attend this place because it’s “cool” and not because they enjoy the atmosphere. Maybe it’s me that has gotten older, who knows, but definitely feel as though it is no longer a space that is welcoming to all. Better options in Geelong are popping up that feel much friendlier.

You are unable to beat the sensational atmosphere of the Captain/There There and the amazing service from the beautiful bar staff Chloe and Alex! Would recommend!!!

Had a blast for my 1st and last unirays party. And thanks to Chloe, the bartender, for making a free vodka orange with red tint drink just because I was a nerd who showed up early to a party.

This place is so beautiful and engaging, the staff is always so friendly and reminds me why I'm here
