Stayed here for a weekend gateway and the location couldn't be better. Being right on the waterfront means you can walk to all local restaurants, Eastern Beach, and Westfield within minutes. Our room had a private balcony with an amazing view of Corio Bay. Staff were warm and helpful the whole stay. Will definitely be returning.

Would not recommend booking at this location. After spending all weekend in hospital with out 8 month old daughter and missing our booking. I tried calling and was told i could call back on Monday to change the booking date. After calling back Monday I was told that as this was a past booking that has already been paid for I could not change the date any further. Its nice to see that the people working here have some compassion.

Extraction fan noises from outside are loud. Is it too hard to provide a quiet room?

We got a message telling us the construction noise start from 8am to 4pm in weekday. We had a late first night as we went to the winter glow of adventure park with young kids. Sadly, the noise started at 7- 7:30am which is way earlier than advised. We stayed for 2 nights and both days are the same. Our room just next to the new tower and due to the construction, we didn’t even want to open our balcony door. It didn’t make us feel relax during our stay. If you have a family holiday, I won’t recommend to stay in the room with balcony until the construction of new tower complete. Other than this, breakfast is great and valuable which we did enjoy. Staff are friendly.

One of the worst places I’ve stayed ! And will NEVER stay again! Place has gone to crap, No parking on site, $30 per day , parking is up a heap of stairs in the Westfield shopping centre, no water over night, on the Saturday night we stayed, Dirty linen trolleys blocking the lift, when trying to check in, Balcony dirty, rubbish etc Staff very dismissive of concerns,, and have no idea, Should be warned there is construction before booking an email a day before is pretty poor, seeing as to late to change booking,
