The young staff at the counter were so rude…. If you are not happy working here go somewhere else… why make yourself unhappy.

The guy who is on duty today 8th of august 2025 (from midday) has absolute no people skills , has no idea how to treat customers , will , shane or warren or who ever hires and fires get rid of him ,another customer also mentioned to me today the same feeling,get robbie to show him how its done ! OMG, he was on again wednesday the 14th january 2026 from midday, it was such an effort for him to try and smile that it CRACKED his face , he has the personality of a wet RAG, mabey he only likes young boys , one day you will get old , dont be sooo arrogant ! NOW staff at peninsular sauna and spa (seaford), are cruising with PAID patrons , only 2 dont cruise the rest all do ,ONE while on duty, if they want to cruise GO TO A SAUNA THEY DONT WORK AT ,its not fair they do that competing with the rest of us that pay , if they go to subway sauna , ENTRY IS FREE FOR THEM , SO GO THERE .or go to wet BUT NOT AT YOUR WORK PLACE , its become a joke !SO LET ME DO SOME CLARIFICATION , one, ONLY ONE staff member at peninsular sauna and spa doesn't cruise at their work place , YOU DO THE MATHS , its not hard to work out which one DOESN'T.

I second about rude Caucasian shaved head receptionist, Needs to get retrained, or fired, as he is just unpleasant, rolled his eyes Constantly whilst i was ordering a soft drink. But mainly when paying entry to one of these venues I expect safe, and when I reported that some guy would not leave me alone and someone was not listening to the word no he said he’s not paid to be a security guard, I’m pretty much just turned away and walked off, absolutely vile behaviour, if I was the owner, I would really question whether I would want somebody like that being the face of the company, Other than that, I actually really liked this venue but probably wont go back, because behaviour and no longer felt safe

Best one in Melbourne. Everything works properly, spaces are big and very clean, staff so friendly and nice. Bars and outside terraces are very nice too. The maze…I’de never see a maze bigger then this one, unbelievable. If I have to found a “black spot” I would suggest to have some cold showers because all services (all showers and Jacuzzi included) they all has only high temperatures. Good mixed crowd. Very good

First of all, I read the reviews from the last person. It was inaccurate as this isn’t a male only, it’s gay and mostly male. when I visited on 1/25/2026 there were female as well, nothing wrong with that but the information was incorrect. The entrance fee was 35 aus not 28. It was cash only! But there was an atm there. Now, to the rude receptionist both me and my friend encounter: the Caucasian receptionist with shaved head was so rude and not friendly at all. When asked where was what he was so bothered and gave me the look as if I was dumb or blind. These were multiple floors but he insisted there was only a single floor, the other staff with a rainbow accessory was super cool however , but he left earlier. When we were leaving and asking where to leave the towels, that rude guy again gave us this huge sigh and attitude. The facility was clean and it was well managed, there was a swimming pool to hang out in addition to sauna steam and jacuzzi. There was a video rooms, Cabins, but not a huge dark space area like other ones I’ve been to in Sydney. Overall, Had fun anyway, the experience was not bad there and the patron were much friendlier (some sexy) if not cuz of that one male rude staff who really brought down the value of the venue, I would have given much higher reviews

Wet on Wellington is hands down one of Melbourne’s best male-only venues. The spa facilities are excellent — clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or warming up before the fun begins. The staff really elevate the experience, and a special mention goes to Quin, who is outstanding. Friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, Quin makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive and helps create the relaxed, positive vibe the venue is known for. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quality, well-run venue with a great atmosphere.

The guy on the front desk 20.12.25 about 3pm needs to learn some politeness. Its not hard to speak kindly and nice, return the greeting when a customer says hello. This is the first time ive been appalled at the customer service at the venue. Hope to see an improvement with customer service at the front door.

Cashier was mean and aggressive just because i wasn't aware its cash only and it was my first time here. He scolded me for not seeing the small cash only sign. In the sauna there are people being racists and deliberately ruin the experience for others. I caught a heavy "white only/white for white" vibe in here.

I'm truly dumbfounded that there exists even a single negative review that mentions the security officer at WoW. I've been a weekly patron for years (usually there for upwards of 5 hours per visit, 90% of which being spent downstairs) and have never seen any conduct that would indicate that he is anything but courteous, professional and welcoming. His handling of issues at the venue is done with gentle integrity, and patron conduct has improved immeasurably since his employment began. I've brought through multiple female guests to the venue who have all remarked positively about his presence. The man is a gem, and the venue is a far safter place (particularly for women) because of him.

Attended a couples night with my partner, the venue was nice .. people are friendly . We were not impressed by the security guy who jumps on every opportunity to speak to the ladies. Can't believe he is socialising and getting paid for it . The other couples were friendly and nice to chat to . Upstairs rooms were too dark .

Not just Melbourne's best sauna by a long mile, but one of the world's great saunas period in terms of facilities. The whole thing, and the management of it, is a credit to the owner. While Fridays and weekends are men only, care needs to be taken before visiting midweek to check the website events calendar. e.g. a midweek Q---r night draws wigged men in high heels, girls in crotchless knickers, etc., which can be retina-scarring.
