Breakout not good hotel. Their staff is really rude, unfriendly n provided bad star , they have rated their hotel but it’s not more than 3dayz? There is no pool even, even they don’t provide welcome drink not even body lotion.. n very expensive like 6-7 star n worthless service..

We stayed at this hotel during our honeymoon in Kyoto. First of all, the hotel has a lovely, elegant atmosphere. The front desk staff were very kind and provided excellent service even though we checked in late at night. (We were also pleased with the greetings and message card that seemed to be made with our honeymoon in mind.) The room we were shown was modern and had a lovely atmosphere, and the large windows gave it a sense of openness. We booked a plan that included breakfast, and both the Japanese dishes, which featured a Kyoto-style selection, and the Western buffet were delicious. From a sightseeing perspective, the hotel is within walking distance of Kyoto Station, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. It rained briefly, but it only took about a minute to walk from the hotel to the station with an umbrella. In the end, we were very satisfied, and my wife also loved it, so I decided to write this review. Thank you very much!

The breakfast buffet was gorgeous and absolutely delicious! There were many international guests, but they were all very well-mannered, which made me feel at ease.
