Excellent place, very convenient price and great value, the facilities are fantastic, restaurant, laundry, luggage storage before and after your stay, and the room is a good size for the location and very comfortable, we will return

Quite literally the perfect location for shopping, convenience, food, drinks, and a short walk to the train station and some great workshops. The room, though small, was neat and the rest of the building was immaculate. Staff are friendly and speak English well at the desk. The TVs in room don't offer much, so bring a streaming device and a spare pillow if you require such things for a great sleep. I'd go back without a second thought.

A prime location in the heart of Kyoto. However, it's a bit noisy due to the high number of international tourists.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kyoto. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind. The location was excellent, with many restaurants nearby (especially Chifaja, our favorite yakiniku restaurant in japan) hehe. The area is lively and vibrant at night while still feeling safe and convenient, walking at night is soooo good. It was easy to explore Kyoto and access public transportation from the hotel. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto 🧡🇯🇵

Nice hotel but the street can be very noisy at night, specially on weekends. Also the shades let quite a lot of light in and sun rise is quite early.

Hotel was in a very convenient area near historic sites and modern buildings. No problems with any services or other amenities. Bring your own entertainment since local tv shows are infomercial or morning show news/entertainment like Today show on America NBC.
