Although it's small, it's a popular place for both foreigners and locals to drink, chat, and get to know each other. Importantly, the bartenders are very friendly and speak fluent English. The best place I've ever been! The waiter, host, and everyone else were so attentive and incredibly kind. He even played me the playlist of openings and endings I wanted to hear! He was so sweet.
