Really great hotel, very clean and comfortable. The room was spotless and everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The staff spoke very good English and were super helpful and friendly during our whole stay, which made everything really easy and comfortable. We also appreciated that late check-out was possible for an extra fee, which was very convenient. Overall a really pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location. We stayed for 7 days during the cherry blossom season. Around $250 USD per night, but it wasn't worth more than $120 USD. The rooms were very small, with terrible soundproofing (we could hear the motorbikes roaring all night), and the light woke us up in the morning. There was no housekeeping service, not even for a week-long stay. The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow (we used our phone data), and the television was useless because there were only Japanese chairs. We came for our honeymoon and spent a fortune on a hotel that didn't live up to expectations.

The building was dirty, starting with the elevator (sneezes/stains on the mirrors, which were never cleaned). They never come into the room to clean or even make the bed. The room was really small compared to other 3-star hotels, and full of dust. The fan in the bathroom was really dirty. After our four-day stay, we were promised that the sheets would be changed on the third day, but that never happened either. We complained to the front desk and they apologized and said they would do it the next day. Unfortunately, the following day was our check-out day. We won't be returning! Not recommended.

I was grateful that they held my luggage for me even before check-in. The location is convenient, with a bus stop right in front and a convenience store nearby. The room was simple and clean. However, I was a little bothered that the room was directly in front of the door, with no partition at the entrance, so the room was visible from the hallway.
