Saw Nothing here. It’s nice that they have very strong air conditioning! Good sound ✅
The "gayHane" event has changed drastically over the years. Unfortunately, it's no longer enjoyable to be there. Years ago, Turkish music was all the rage; now it's Arabic songs. They're nice, too, but in the long run, it's a real letdown for the Turkish attendees. Back then, we also had live Davul and Zurna music for Halay dancing and much more. It's time the organizers changed things up. Many people feel the same way I do. I thought I'd take the first step. So, why not try playing mostly Turkish music again instead of celebrating the Arab world all evening long?
Grim-faced, musty bouncers, sticky dance floors, filthy toilets, bad sound, then a power outage, you can't even go outside, the smoking "lounge" was built by a sadist. The band (Son Rompe Pera) was great! Hopefully they'll play in a better venue next time.
