Located near the Rhine and the Chocolate Museum (with its miniature train). Nice swimming pool with towels provided. Family apartments are unfortunately only accessible via many stairs.
Great location, friendly staff, great rooms and great breakfast...
A truly excellent hotel that I can wholeheartedly recommend for those without allergies. However, anyone with a severe reaction to down or dust should definitely contact the hotel in advance. Unfortunately, down pillows and blankets are standard in the rooms, and these were not replaced upon request. A positive aspect is the spa area, especially considering the great price.
Fantastic hotel in a perfect location – right in the city center and everything within easy walking distance. The pool is simply amazing and a real highlight! Our dog also felt very comfortable and was warmly welcomed. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We'd love to come back!
I felt very comfortable in the cozy single room with its wonderfully wide bed. The location, near the Rhine, is fantastic, and the city center with its many attractions is within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, delicious, and attractively presented. It's great that you can linger in the friendly atmosphere of the breakfast room until 11:30 a.m. on weekends. Throughout the hotel, you can feel that guests are truly welcome. All the staff were always very helpful and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality.
We booked the hotel for a weekend city break. It's very close to the old town, which is centered around the Heumarkt (Haymarket), and also very close to the Rhine, where there are lovely beer gardens in the summer. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. There were eight of us men, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that the check-in process, whether by email or on-site via computer, is a bit annoying, as they constantly try to sell you extras. The staff themselves are incredibly friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast is good, including hot egg dishes and bacon.
The hotel was fine. We stayed in a fairly new room. There wasn't really a view. Nice and close to the city. A lot within walking distance.
