We stayed there for a weekend. The location is fantastic, and so is the staff. Very, very friendly employees. We felt completely at ease. The small garden behind the house is perfect for a relaxing break between sightseeing or in the evenings, and the rooms are well-equipped. We'll be back. Best regards from the Berlin concert girls! It was lovely staying with you.

Pros: Friendly staff, good location to lanxess stadium and cathedral. Cons: no ac(room felt like a oven in the summer nights.Making it impossible to sleep). Walls so thin I can hear every movement other guests make. The shower has no door/curtains. Meaning the whole bathroom is wet, even if very careful. Parking is a extra 30 euro charge not included in original fee.

I booked the hotel for one night for myself alone. I had already called the hotel beforehand to let them know I needed parking and would be arriving later than 10 pm, as the reception was only open until then. They told me the parking spaces were a bit further away and that it was a quiet area. When I arrived around 10:30 pm, there wasn't a single parking space available anywhere near me, except for three streets away. While the location is very central, it's not quiet. I felt very uncomfortable being there alone and didn't see the point in walking three streets in the dark with my luggage to the hotel. I would have had to check in myself as well. When I informed the hotel of this, they simply said there was a parking lot 50 meters away or right in front, but that wasn't the case…

Absolutely disappointing service – no goodwill gesture, just insults. I made a mistake with the month when booking. When I tried to correct it by phone immediately after noticing it, I was met with pure rudeness. Instead of trying to find a solution or rebooking, we were called "stupid" on the phone. Furthermore, we were told not to bother the manager with such a thing on Whit Monday. Mistakes can happen, but such disrespectful treatment of guests is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to the poor service and extreme rudeness. Find an alternative.

Avoid this hotel!!! I tried to resolve a mistake I made – a booking that wasted a month – as quickly as possible after realizing my error. On the phone, we were called stupid and told not to bother the manager with such matters on Whit Monday. Rebooking was therefore impossible. The woman on the phone was extremely unfriendly and clearly didn't want to work. Avoid this hotel and choose a reputable one.
