Unfortunately, no good reviews are written here, except for the breakfast, which was really good 👍. The room was in a catastrophic state, and the hygiene was equally appalling. The wallpaper was peeling off the ceiling. There was mold in the shower grout, and the floor was dirty where the first cover was. Our door wouldn't lock; from the outside, the bolt could easily be slid open. We stayed there for four days, and thank God we were only on the second floor because the elevator was also broken. Watching TV in the 7-meter room wasn't possible either. Unbelievable 😡 😡

The room was awful. It was incredibly noisy due to construction, there were garbage cans outside the window, and the toilet was barely acceptable. Difficult…

My wife and I booked a double room, but we received two single beds. When we inquired, we were told the hotel was fully booked and that this was correct. However, the pictures showed a large double bed, and we had specifically requested one. For the price we paid (100 euros per night), I would never stay here again. (I also find it hard to believe the place was fully booked.)

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay. The room seemed quite outdated and didn't really meet our expectations. Furthermore, despite booking a double bed, we only received two single beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable. The loud drilling and renovation work starting as early as 9 a.m. was particularly disruptive, making any chance of rest virtually impossible. It's a shame, as one naturally expects peace and quiet in a hotel. Not to mention the fact that you could hear everything, even someone blowing their nose in another room.

Don't come to this hotel, it's a waste of money. The room is scorching hot and humid, the cleanliness is the same as the street outside, and the room doesn't resemble the photos at all. As for the toilets, they're a mix of a Turkish bath and sauna, with no ventilation whatsoever. When you shower, everything gets wet. The hotel supposedly has a parking lot, but in a hotel with 100 people, there are only 9 spaces. May God curse anyone who comes here. The hotel supposedly has elevators, but if you're in a room on the right side of the hotel, you'll have to climb a lot of stairs because the elevators are broken, and when you ask when they'll be fixed, they say "tomorrow," but there's no progress.

By the time I found my booked hotel room after what felt like climbing 300 steps, I could have walked to Bonn in that time. Therefore, this is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Luckily, it was only for one night, as I was mainly staying in a hotel for the concert. Breakfast was very tasty and the best thing about the hotel. The directions in the hotel are complicated, especially regarding the breakfast room. I couldn't find it at first and ended up standing in a large, dark room without food or light. Breakfast was the best part, and the reception was friendly, but finding my room was a disgrace. My room was okay, but in my opinion, it deserved a bit more decoration or something. 3/5

The location isn't bad, 20 minutes from the city center. That's the only good thing I can say about it. As a hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired. The elevator is very old and noisy; you can hear it from inside the last room. The carpeting is old throughout the hotel. It smells musty. The curtains are short (a lot of light comes in at dawn) and old. The bathroom is even worse; it doesn't even have ventilation. The breakfast staff was quite unfriendly. They advertise parking (€22) but you can't reserve it. When you arrive, coincidentally, all the spaces are booked, even though there are some free spots. It only has space for 5-6 cars. They send you to a parking lot about 200-300 meters away, which costs €30 for 24 hours. Overall, quite bad. I wouldn't stay again, nor would I recommend it.

The rooms, hallways, and stairwell are in need of renovation. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. The service at breakfast was very unfriendly. However, the staff at reception were always polite and helpful. And hey, it was really cheap. Nevertheless, we wouldn't necessarily stay there again.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Due to a misunderstanding in the booking app, we accidentally made a double booking, even though we only wanted to extend our stay by one night. We repeatedly tried to find a simple solution with the hotel, such as shortening the booking by one night or removing the overlap. Unfortunately, every request was rejected. What was particularly frustrating was that we were initially told on the phone to send an email so the issue could be resolved. Upon arrival, we were suddenly told there was no way to resolve the issue and that we would have to cancel at our own expense. We therefore found the communication to be unhelpful and not very accommodating. Furthermore, the room did not quite match the pictures or the expected bed configuration, so we had to push the beds together ourselves. This was very disappointing, as we had been looking forward to our stay and would have appreciated a bit more understanding and flexibility.

Zero stars, really. The room wasn't ready and wasn't clean upon arrival. The TV didn't work. There was no safe. After complaining, they said there was nothing they could do. I will never book here again.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. All the youth hostels I've visited were far superior. Our room reeked of urine, and when we returned after a long day, the stench was unbearable. Personally, I couldn't even spend much time in the bathroom, for example, to take a shower. There were flies and other insects in the room. At breakfast, there was hardly anything to eat because all the dispensers were broken. There was no fruit either. The service was okay. Although I was ignored several times at breakfast, everyone at the reception was always friendly.
