After a 7-hour drive, we finally arrived at the hotel, but the room wasn't ready, so we had to wait another hour. The room was tiny and dirty. The bathroom was badly broken and filthy, so it's better to book a different hotel. Breakfast was very limited, the rolls were rock hard, and the coffee didn't taste good. The toilet couldn't flush properly, and you needed a stool to get into the shower. The towel rack was hanging by a single screw, and the shower gel dispenser was simply disgusting. The radiators and window frames had clearly never seen a cleaning cloth, and something had obviously run down the wall. The elevator was completely outdated and disgustingly dirty.
The hotel's main advantage is its very central location, making many attractions, restaurants, and shops easily accessible on foot. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite dated and could use some modernization. It was particularly annoying that the elevator wasn't working during my stay. This is very inconvenient and cumbersome for guests with rooms on upper floors. Breakfast was generally adequate, and the quality of the food was good. However, the selection was rather limited and could have been more varied. Overall, the hotel is suitable for a short stay due to its convenient location, but there is room for improvement in terms of comfort and amenities.
I made a reservation and arrived, but they hailed a taxi for me to go to a different hotel—I don't know if there were no rooms available or it was under construction—and told me not to pay under any circumstances and to inform the reception at the hotel I was arriving at, but that wasn't passed on. In the end, I paid and sent an email, but I haven't received a reply. What a crappy hotel....
In dire need of renovation, dirty, elevator doesn't work, bathroom door doesn't close properly, cramped shower Breakfast was terrible Never again
The stay was not that good, the only thing its a good price compared to others but what are these keys am i supposed to have all this key with me hahaha hilarious, and add at least some water at the room! No coffee no drink its okay but no water ?! Also the sounds from out side the room are very clear and loud
