A bit run down but decent hotel for the price. Just be aware there’s no AC and the blinds aren’t super blackout, so if you’re a light sleeper you might have a tough time here. Otherwise it was a good location and a fine place to stay. Other reviews mention noise, but I was on the 7th floor and didn’t have a problem.

The room doesn’t have AC

Never ever again. Absolutely no service, not even a reception, stood in front of closed doors at night (11pm) despite late arrival agreed, hotline in the UK only, overpriced for a very small room in youth hostel style

They suggested we go for breakfast at a shop outside the hotel premises which is extremely nice and in a great spot with a view.

I honestly regret staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt disorganized and poorly managed. The staff were unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in assisting guests. My room was far from clean—there were stains on the sheets, dust everywhere, and the bathroom smelled terrible. Basic amenities were either missing or broken, and when I asked for help, no one followed up. The noise level was unbearable, making it impossible to get any rest, and the food was just as disappointing—cold, tasteless, and overpriced. Overall, the experience was frustrating and nowhere near worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely won’t be returning.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience regarding this booking. I had to cancel due to a critical family emergency—my father underwent brain surgery and in a coma in intensive care. I contacted the hotel immediately, explained the situation in detail, and requested a refund or any form of flexibility. Unfortunately, my request was denied without consideration for the severity of the circumstances. While I understand that hotels have policies, I believe there should be room for compassion and discretion in genuine medical emergencies. The lack of empathy shown in this situation was very disheartening. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel, as customer care during critical moments appears to be lacking.

The rooms are decorated in natural colors, a yoga mat is provided, and instead of water there are two cans of Mezzo Mix and a refillable water bottle.

Beware, there's no reception. Check-in is supposed to be done by email. The problem is, you don't receive an email – not even in your spam folder. Then the odyssey with the hotline begins. A check-in that normally takes 5 minutes then takes up more than an hour. What a shame!

While location and tidyness were fine, this unserviced hotel fully based on an online App not working properly and a friendly customer service doing not much more than insistently sending the app link to try again and again, went out of our nerves and spoiled quite a bit the mood of the whole family, for the whole time wasted until we could finally entered the rooms. We will not stay here again as we prefer to have a present service desk accountable for things to run well.
