Beautiful chalet hotel, especially because of the surrounding landscapes; inside it's not as beautiful as outside, it looks quite modern but it was a good experience.

Very friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, and only 2 minutes to the metro and 10 minutes to the lake. Thank you!

We have now been waiting for over three weeks for a refund of the amount owed to us after a cancellation due to an accident. Chalet d'Ouchy keeps putting us off. Despite a direct request via PayPal, a payout of the owed amount seems impossible. Is this intentional, or is there a financial problem? As I've mentioned before, their customer service is abysmal.

Beautiful, typically Swiss chalet. However, upon our arrival at 5 pm in January 2019, there was no heating in the room even though it was 3 degrees Celsius outside! Very unpleasant. Breakfast was rather unremarkable. We were surprised by the other guests' reviews.
