Elite Hotel Lausanne

The rooms are spotlessly clean, the bed is comfortable, it is centrally located, the receptionist is very attentive, it is obvious that he loves his job, I recommend it.

A delightful spot just steps from the train station and the cantonal museum of fine arts – not to be missed...

The hotel is extremely well located; you can walk everywhere. The two receptionists I encountered were excellent and gave me helpful advice for my stay. The hotel is older but very well maintained, and the prices are attractive. I highly recommend it for your stay in Lausanne.

This hotel needs some updating. Our room appeared to be last refreshed in the 70s. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. This very basic hotel is a five or ten minute walk uphill from the train station. The hotel breakfast was average.

Rooms a little dated, but clean. Good service, great breakfast, and pleasant staff. Location is perfect for train station, old town and the lake.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. We turned up at 3pm to check in and they said the hotel was full. We had already paid, booked 6 months ahead, and checked in online. Do not trust this hotel, do not stay here.

We stayed a couple of nights at the hotel during our vacation in Switzerland, and we liked it. It was good value for money, considering it's Switzerland and everything is expensive. A very friendly Spanish guy at reception helped us and gave us some information about Lausanne. The breakfast was great, one of the best we had compared to the other hotels where we stayed. The location is fantastic, just one block from the train station, although you have to climb some stairs or walk up a steep street, as Lausanne is hilly everywhere. The good thing is that the metro station is practically right there, and there are several restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable, and I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I returned to Lausanne.
