What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the Zleep Hotel Lausanne-Chavannes for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location, especially for EPFL. However, some guests find the rooms to be basic and dark for the price, and a common complaint is the lack of dedicated parking.

The hotel is new and modern. It's very well located and easily accessible by bus or on foot from Renens train station. The price is reasonable. There are plenty of train connections from Renens to Lausanne, making it a good alternative to Lausanne. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and modernly furnished. The shower and hand towels smelled lovely. The only downside was the breakfast. The buffet dishes were haphazardly placed on the bar instead of on the shelves and unfortunately didn't look clean. The black bowls, cutlery, and some of the cups didn't appear to be properly cleaned. It's also a shame that there was no unsweetened muesli (oatmeal).

From 1 (negative) to 10 (positive) FIRST IMPRESSION: 8 DOOR SECURITY: 8 ROOM SOUNDPROOFING: 8 DUST: 9 BATHROOM CLEANLINESS: 9 HAIR DRYER: 9 GENERAL CLEANLINESS: 9 BED COMFORT: 8 LIGHTS: 8 POWER OUTLETS: 9 Small notes: - parking: few options. One is very close but very expensive, I would suggest an agreement with that parking with fixed rates for guests. - breakfast: few choices in food and slack service (if something is not available, should be replaced asap)
